LBE Transitional Housing Program
A Safe Place to Rebuild, Recover, and Rise
At Lead By Example & Reverse The Trend Inc. (LBERTT) we believe that stable housing is the foundation for lasting change. Our Transitional Housing Program provides justice-impacted individuals and at-risk youth with a secure, supportive environment to heal, grow, and reintegrate into society with dignity and purpose.
Why Transitional Housing Matters
Housing insecurity is one of the biggest barriers to reentry and recovery. For individuals recently released from incarceration or escaping cycles of violence, addiction, or homelessness, a stable home can mean the difference between relapse and resilience.
We offer more than just a place to stay—we provide the tools, structure, and support needed to build a better life.
